Your item/s will be sent within 1-3 Business days of purchase for in-stock products.



Damaged goods return

If the item/s arrived damaged you have 3 days to get in contact with us. You can do this by contacting us via our Contact us page  You will need to include a photo/s of the damaged item. We may request that you send the item back to us for a full refund, E-Giftcard or a replacement.

Change of mind return

We understand that you might purchase the wrong size or colour and we are happy to help you! 

If you make an online purchase of the wrong item, we are happy to exchange unworn items in their original condition for a more suitable size or design - you will need to cover the return shipping costs to us & to you

Alternatively, we can offer you an E-gift card for another product in-store.

If you have received your goods and realize that they aren't your style. No problem at all!! You can return them for a full refund but you will need to cover the return shipping cost. All outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. If free shipping was utilized with your order our flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 will be withheld from your refund

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have expired since your purchase has been delivered, we are unable to offer you an exchange or an E-gift card for a change of mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition as received.

A Change of mind return is to be returned at the buyer's expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item if it is a change of mind return. Shipping costs are refundable if the item arrives damaged. You need to get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We will be more than happy to help with any shipping inquiries before you place an order, During transit, and after receiving your order. We will be more than happy to assist and possibly apply for compensation for your order if it has been delayed.

All advised shipping times are Estimates by the shipping carriers we use to ship your goods. These times are not guaranteed and Riley Burnett Australia is only advising on these shipping times. Riley Burnett Australia will not be held liable for any time delays if the goods are dispatched within our advised handling. All Transit times are in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

If you are shipping a returned item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
