Returns

Damaged goods return

If the item/s arrived damaged you have 3 days to get in contact with us. You can do this by contacting us via our Contact us page  You will need to include a photo/s of the damaged item. We may request that you send the item back to us for a full refund, E-Giftcard or a replacement.

Change of mind return

We understand that you might purchase the wrong size or colour and we are happy to help you! 

If you make an online purchase of the wrong item, we are happy to exchange unworn items in their original condition for a more suitable size or design. Alternatively, we can offer you an E-giftcard for another product in store.

If you have received your goods and realise that they aren't your style. No problem at all!! You can return them for a full refund but you will need to cover the return shipping cost.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have expired since your purchase has been delivered, we are unable to offer you an exchange or an E-giftcard for a change of mind. 


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition as received.


Types of goods are exempt from being returned.

- Gift cards

- Earrings

- Sale Item/s

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your online order No.

 

A Change of mind return is to be returned at the Buyers expense.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@rileyburnett.com and send your item to - Po Box 449 Lennox Head NSW 2478, Australia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is a change of mind return. Shipping costs are refundable if the item arrives damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a returned item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
